This is a rechargeable tourist voucher with a 25% discount so that the customer, for every 50€ euros, will pay 37.5 euros, up to a requested limit of 300 euros for which he/she will pay up to 225 euros.
The issuance of tourist vouchers is limited depending on available resources. The minimum balance recharge is €50. The tourist voucher is non-refundable and can be redeemed until December 31, 2025.

What does the campaign consist of?

This involves acquiring a rechargeable coin purse with a 25% discount so that the customer, for every 50 euros, will pay 37.5 euros, up to a requested limit of 300 euros for which he/she will pay up to 225 euros. The issuance of tourist vouchers is limited according to available resources.

Characteristics of the consumer campaign
  • Any person over 18 years of age may purchase the tourist voucher.
  • For every 50€ of purchase you will pay 37.5€.
  • The minimum balance recharge amount is €50 and the purchase will be made in multiples of €50, thus being 50,100,150,200,250 and 300.
  • Recharge limited to 300€ per person, and can be redeemed at any participating establishment until december 31, 2025, inclusive.
  • Customers will present their ID or PASSPORT and the QR code in the establishment and it is allowed to redeem more than one coin purse in the same purchase.
  • The loss or non-redeeming of the voucher will not entitle the customer to a refund.
  • With the application and payment of the tourist voucher the applicant accepts these rules.
What is the campaign?

The program uses Buybono's technology.

When you register in the campaign through the web, you must download the CEUTA ID application to continue the verification process, once your user is VALIDATED from the CEUTA ID application, you will be able to use your credentials in the buybono web/app, to see the information about your wallet, remaining money, redemption history and reload the wallet, in addition to being able to make redemptions.

How does it work?

The system works through a web platform and a mobile application where tourists can recharge their wallet up to a maximum nominal value of 300 €, with a minimum recharge of 50 €. The tourist citizen can only use his wallet once per purchase, and the purchase must be equal to or greater than the amount of the wallet to be redeemed.

When topping up the wallet, both from the web and from the APP, you will be able to see all the information about the current status of your wallet, as well as the history of the operations you have carried out.

You will also be able to consult the participating stores, where their commercial data and location will appear. In addition, the application will allow you to mark the route to the merchant's location using the GPS system of your cell phone.

Procedure to obtain the discount

The voucher must be used in the establishments participating in the campaign.

In order to use the voucher, you must follow the following steps:
  1. Register on the website and verify your identity with the APP CEUTA ID. If you are already registered, access your private area, both on the web and in the APP.
  2. Top up the amount of the wallet you want (remember that the minimum amount is 50€ and the maximum is 300€).
  3. Go to an establishment adhered to the Program.
  4. At the time of payment, express the balance you want to use and show the QR code generated.
